Facelift Post Pics Of Your Facelift A3/S3 8V In Here

Here is a pic of a Canadian Ara Blue black package...not mine, a lad in Quebec that arrived today and to be honest I think I am glad that I ordered the standard finish and not BE. I will let you know my true feelings when I receive mine in a couple of weeks and see it in the flesh.

Don't you hate it when people put S3 & RS3 badges on standard models...

The wing are 5 spoke alloys are now the standard black edition wheels actually. They've changed it. See the configurator.

I think he's joking saying it looks a bit boring and like an A3 in that guise?

Yeah, noticed that a few days back.
The bad taste police must've paid Audi a visit :busted cop:

Hello what suspension does this have? I have got these wheels on mine with mag ride. Was wanting an idea of ho it will sit. Thanks
That car has standard S3 suspension, sportback with magride sits a little higher than a S3 with standard suspension

also do not like the standard black edition 18" alloys at all sorry.

But I REALLY like both types of 19" rim.

I would have to get the mag ride on a new S3 for the alloy upgrade alone personally ... plus 19" rims do fill the arches much more nicely

Also had xpel paint protection applied to the bumper lights and full bonnet.

Kenny at Mint Car Care in Edinburgh has uploaded the video to YouTube of him applying GTechniq CS Black a couple of weeks ago to our new S3.

The car had just done 450 miles through awful weather travelling the length of the country after picking it up and spending Christmas with my folks. It looks pretty filthy at the start. I haven't got the photos back yet, but you can see the dealer induced swirl marks on the video which Kenny removed with a single stage polish before applying CS and EXO.

It honestly took my breath away when I saw it. The finish looked wet it was so glossy. Just ordered the snow foam lance and some new stuff to try to keep it looking that good.

Have to watch out for water spotting mate with the EXO. Have seen a few posts on detailing world where people have been left with marks after it's rained and dried off (naturally)

Nice pictures of beautiful cars in here. I currently drive an S3 Daytona grey built in 2014 and I'm about to order the facelift model. I think I will go with Navarra blue and 19" wheels. Not sure about privacy glass, what are your thoughts on that?

I have privacy glass and Navarra and had privacy glass on most of my recent cars.
But some don't like the different colour on front / back when viewed from side on.
Personal thing really.

Hi mate was just wondering, how much did you pay for the Nardo grey as it looks stunning and would like mine in either this colour or the Panther Black, just because the Nardo isn't a standard colour. Thanks

Autosmart Tardis is really good, you should get it from the local rep as reports buying it on the bay sometimes its not good quality I believe .

My other half paid as a combined Christmas and birthday present and I've not asked her how much it cost, but I think it was £500-ish.

Was it worth it? Well, I've never had a car this easy to keep clean and we intend to keep the car a good while.

Not quite a picture, but the dealer sent me a video of my car this afternoon. Arrived last night. Nice of Will to send this across, lovely touch. Now in two minds whether to pick it up early lol.
