Having read a few threads in my days on dealers not doing this or going the extra mile, I thought I'd start this thread. My local audi dealer (benfield north east - Newcastle) sold me my second audi and the experience was nothing short of horrid!! My first, third and present audi were all from Jct600 (Hull, York, and Doncaster) and from all three the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Great cars, great service, fantastic aftercare.

Eastbourne:
Good: aftersales service, warranty work
Poor: sales, miserly discounts.
Maidstone:
Good: very good discounts and use Carwow, salesperson bent over backwards to get me into the right car and no pressure.
Poor: salesperson not replying to emails, seem to want to forget you once the car is yours, car preparation poor. Requests not honoured.
 
Dealer:
Boston (JCT600).
Why: Closest to me.
Good:
Sales - Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Quick to reply to emails and phone calls.
After sales - Are currently doing all they can to overcome my spurious TPMS warnings. Very cheerful and helpful.
Bad:
Nothing so far.
 
Camberley Audi. I've bought 3 Audis from them. Good discounts (1st deal set the precedent), very good sales experience and very good aftercare. Currently trying very hard to resolve troublesome auto-dip function on passenger door mirror. Will be buying an A3 cabrio for my wife when she retires in 2018 and Audi Camberley know.
 
I've found Reading Audi to be vey good. I went for the A4 having been a Bmw owner for many years and also considered a c class but Audi wanted my business the most. Discounts were a little off C2C but more than Carwow.

They've just moved to a new site which has a huge service area and their after sales service has been very good.
 
Currently waiting on delivery of an A4, the second car I've bought from Newcastle Audi.

Both times they've matched the very best price I could find online. Can't complain to tell you the truth. They keep it very clinical, almost frosty though, and I'm guessing that's because they know they can't milk me like some of their costumers. At the end of the day, I'm there to buy a car, not make best friends...

Bexley Audi - closest to me, two miles door to door.
Good
Sales were friendly and helpful, discount was good.
Poor
After sales - not really interested in my Audi Connect issues.

guildford Audi
Good- friendly enough until the deposit was handed over.
Bad- everything since, wont reply to emails and if you can get them on the phone just not interested. Used them for servicing, I should have learnt my lesson, worst experience servicing a car ever.
 
Coventry Audi
Good - price (via Carwow), handover/contracts
Bad - communication - hard to just get the car bought in the first place (but best price!), don't return phone calls, some response on email, dragged their heels on aftercare which needed Audi customer services to pressure.
 
Found Coventry very responsive whenever I fired off an email to them. They were faultless throughout
 
If you are in London. City Audi in Piccadilly.
Went because the sales associate is a customer of mine.
Great experience and great discount. Would recommend.

Audi of Monterey. Very unprofessional sales people, did nothing to help me get the car as it was 100 miles south of my residence. Bought car online and they advertised the wrong vehicle. Picked it up, bait and switch. I was already pressed for time so took the car, but found out later this dealership had been sued a few times for the same practices. Their parts department, however, very top notch, however learned my lesson and won't be visiting.
