Site outages - Unable to find site errors

Has someone hung their coat on the Off switch or did the meter need a top up ?
As I haven`t seen a thread about it, I thought I would ask.

What happened to the site ?

We had a data base error. It happens. We fix it and move on. It's as simple as that.
