Has anybody fitted RS6 anti roll bars to a non RS car??

Might have same situation. Can only hear some tweaks when on some bumps and dips at the back.

Anybody?

Not squeaks, tweaks. The OP is talking about improving the handling by fitting uprated parts like RS6 roll bars.

Members on the A4 B7 section talk about the WOW effect of fitting the RS4 roll bars but they are designed for the DRC suspension not standard shocks & springs, however on the C6 I've never heard of this upgrade could be the parts don't fit.

Managed to get somewhere, Pyeman?

Did anyone else experienced chassis tweaks? If so, did anti roll bars solve it or is there another cause and solution?

I've got some RS6 anti roll bars just not fitted yet.

I would appreciate your experience with it, once fitted. Especially if it helps with those chassis tweaks.

Mine are becoming more noticeable.

Getting worry a bit now:culpability:

BTW, how much did it cost you that anti roll bar, if don't mind me asking?

Spoken to my friendly garage guy to ask about the anti-roll bars.

He said, I have got them already fitted (never looked underneath the car tbh) and these cars shouldn't tweak on chassis. If anything, it would be the shocks tweaks but never be able to pin-point precisely. Unless you get in the boot and start listening around the arches, during the drive.

That would be funny to explain to coppers, if pulled over. LOL

At some point, I thought it could be suspension mounts but than again, need to stretch my ear over to the rear, from the driver's seat.

I guess, my tweaks are still there and remain until something give it's way completely. Hope not on the motorway:huh:
