Rear Cupholder Retrofit

Has anyone done a retro fit of the cup holders in the rear arm rest?

I read they only come with the convenience pack on the face lift model. A google search produced the part numbers:
  • 8P0885995B 6PS - Drinks Holder
  • 4G8863289A 4PK - Cover Panel
Can anyone confirm this? or know a price?

Yeah I see the cup holder cartridge on ebay, but the trim is the hard part.

Did you have to source from Audi?
 
Does anyone know whether the part numbers above fit a 2016 C7 model. The comparability tester all state that they will not fit my model year.

Might wait a couple of months and see if the lack of cup holders drives me to buy the parts or not.
 
Thanks for the replies, will take the plunge - it will make a snazzy attachment to my tower computer if nothing else, might fit in the cd rw bay which gets little use these days.

Yeah, I am only waiting due to, buying the car, having to buy 3 new computers and long haul plane tickets. Need to build up the cash reserves before adding cupholder that may get little use :calm:.
 
my rear passengers are still wowed by 4 zone climate lol

Same here, plus a friend of mine has a 5-series with rear cup holders and couldn't have him ripping the **** that I'd spent all this money on a car that didn't have cupholders in the back.

At least when it goes up for sale in future, we can confidently put 'high spec' in the description! :D
