I can't remember how they describe the maps on the box for 1,2,3.
Was it 1 sport, 2 extreme 3,??? then the 123 to fine tune each one.

I wasn't impressed with one to be honest, I went to 2 and the difference was fantastic, I may go over to 2+3 tomorrow and see how it goes. Over the next week or so I'll give 3 a go.

I found prog 2 + 1 to be a little aggressive at low speeds and take off. I found prog 1+1 to pull better at motorway speeds and prog 3 to be similar to prog 1 but with slightly less economy. I've tried 2+2 and 1+2 also but always go back to 1+1.

A5 facelift 2 litre 177 i've tryed map1 +1 was ok, went to map1 +2 & i didnt like it, it felt like it was always trying to put the power on..no build up just instant, then after 150miles my car starter stuttering in higher gears when putting your foot down.

So moved to Map2 +1 ran that for 300 miles and alls been well so i've just moved onto map2 +2 & it doesnt feel any different...

After trying all the different settings. I have narrowed it down to just two that suit my engine and driving style .

1 + 3 is what I'm on now and keep going back too, this really suits my engine with no issues.

3+ 2 is bit more aggressive, but only problem with this setting is if interferes with my oil level reading.

Has anyone else noticed this when on this setting? - check your oil level from MMI - It shows 3/4 full when showing full on any other setting.

So far that reason (for now) I'm staying on 1 + 3
