I'll post a few better pics shortly. They are the 18 inch OEM winter package wheels from Audi. Got a great deal on them so decided to go with these for winter instead of getting aftermarket wheels.

It's definitely a great year to be a CUBS fan! I've had the plate for about 10 years now.

Their in the Audi UK accessories brochure, not FL though. Velum alloys with matt black finish. ;)

I was considering these on my PFL, as wasn't impressed with standard s-line wheels at the time.

I would expect £450-700 per corner, but check with your dealer via the accessories guide, and make sure your sitting down. ;)

Haha good point, they are a lot nicer but may be not quite that nice to stump up for.

Had assumed you were in Chicago given your allegiances but notice the licence plate is Toronto (not a million miles away I guess).

It was! I seen it ,was also a 240i and m2, all very nice cars!
It's probably mine I was the only facelift there.:grin::grin:

Yeah he was in a white m140i and with him was white m240i and an older blue M3.

Any chance of u posting a side on photo, as I don't think yours has window tints either. Been struggling to find a facelift in white without tints to see how it looks.
 
I noticed on the yourAudi site that it says I ordered the "Black Edition" even though I only ordered the standard edition.

It's a common issue, computer error. Not heard of anyone getting a BE that wasn't what was ordered.

OK thanks. To be fair the description does not mention any of the Black edition features black gloss side mirrors etc. but i thought i'd just check!

Mine is the same, sometimes comes up as non BE and sometimes as a BE, the spec and picture is always non BE though.

I've recently come from the world of BMW to Audi and so far i'm very happy with my purchase;

So far iv also added carbon mirrors, a carbon rear spoiler and I've removed all the badges from the back;

Nice! What BMW did you have? How does the S3 compare? I also ordered the same S3 so would be interested to hear your thoughts.

I was driving a 63 plate M135i. The BMW doesn't even compare to the S3, the S3 is a much better driver, feels some much better around the corners and so much safer. Rear wheel drive is fun but not on the cold wet days :tearsofjoy:

I came from the M135i too! No regrets 4000 miles on. Having said that if you asked me which I preferred I would be hard pressed to choose tbh ......

I would agree, I loved the sound of the M135i but the S3 has so many positives too

Not got my order number etc yet although it's all going through, got the detail provisionally booked yesterday though so hopefully the car will be here when the dealer estimates.
 
So ..... here she is! Picked it up monday from the dealer but as you can see wasnt preped at all as it was going straight to a friend to get detailed.

Wow thats all il say! VERY happy with the colour and the car. Very additive noise off this thing! Wont be doing much MPG i know! Il put more up when i can!

If anyones interested its been treated with GTECHNIQ Crystal Light and two more layers of EXOv2 on every surface including the alloys and a glass
