not a happy bunny

I bought a new wing painted in colour of my choice. First one got damaged during painting. Second came and it was wrong side the guy said no problem our mistake we will send correct part and keep other as a sorry.
Anyway weeks later still no wing i managed to track it and delivery people have got it but said he has to pay an additional 40 euros iv mailed and mailed this guy now hes ignoring my messages iv even offered to pay the extra and still not replying im so cheesed off xx

Please dnt rip into me because of my grammer or punctuation iv struggled all my life and had a hell of a lot of abuse off other forums xx
