Was woken up by a bang and was presented by this

:boohoo:

Guy lives in my street and fell asleep when he just turned in to my road, car would not normally be parked in the street but I had just had my driveway done. Gutted

What an absolute shame, more so because you just had the driveway done and no RS4 to keep on there. Must be quite awkward now bearing in mind the bloke lives on your street. Is it worth breaking for bits, or you just going to take a payout?

Fortunately looks like nobody was seriously hurt. Not sure how the driver could have fallen asleep after just turning into your road. People normally fall asleep on dual carriageways / motorways or when sitting at traffic lights. Sounds a little strange.

Sorry to see this happen.

May I suggest a thread title change? As a parent who has suffered at the hands of cot death it's a little insensitive.

Thats hurrendous! Was he trying to break the sound barrier on entry to your street? Glad nobody was hurt but sorry for your pride and joy...

Well I've put a deposit on this ride and I can't wait to pick her up.

I'm hoping Saturday if I can sortout the salvage on my car, insurance are trying to say my car is a CAT D when its clearly a CAT C at best.
