Just wondering if anyone has bought these and what they're like?

Would love the genuine ones but prices are crazy!

Monkey metal or worth it?!

copy's look just as good but if you strike a kerb or hit something there is a strong chance that it may split or shatter but originals mostly buckle.
i bought a combination of 2nd hand and new and refurbed them to look new but the final choice is yours.

I've been running reps for over 3 years with no issues apart from the diamond cut areas have now started to suffer from whiteworm but I understand that this happens on genuine alloys too.

Is the white corrosion not covered by Audi under warranty (assuming there is no other damage e.g. kerb strikes) ? I previously had a Citroen DS3 and had three wheels replaced under warrnaty within 3 years due to white corrosion on the diamond cut parts of the wheels.

Not on a 6 year old car it isn't, so unless you buy new from Audi then you may need to get second hand ones refurbed which can be expensive, which is why a lot of the rotors you see on ebay have been sprayed all the same colour. I also took time to find reps that matched the OEM finish which is matt anthracite with a slightly textured paint finish.

I've got a set of originals from an s3 refurbished in glossy anthracite

I have 19 OEM rotors purchase off Ebay for a steal and in great condition. I had them fined tuned by N8 at Kowalski details. I would just keep looking for OEM. For me, the issue was the size. 19 with an 8.5 gave me too much stretch. The 8 width is perfect. Most reps in 19 come with 8.5 for some unknown reason at least to me

I don't like the look of the rep rotors, the spokes looks too skinny compared to genuine ones.
Keep looking and you'll find the right ones.
I bought an unmarked set of a black edition 18" rotors from an A3, for £800 a a couple of years ago.

Can the A3 take the 19" wheels without any rubbing etc, I have a 2011 sport back and was looking at larger wheels
