What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

If that's delivered I'm in fella?

Was quoted £78.00 all in but then I enquired about group discount, he reduced it to £74.40 as long as 5 people PM him, I suggested he creates a new thread confirming this which I believe will make it easier for everybody.

Well done Carl, if you hadn't mentioned your pedal set then I would have saved £75 as I didn't give much thought to these pedals but now...

David fully understand where you coming from and that's the reason why I never bothered with them but now it's too late - I'm in. Glad to hear you made back home alright.

Who's going to be number 5 then? Rob?

Come on guys...Who's going to be the lucky number 5??? It's for a good cause!!!

Thinking of getting my steering wheel modified to flat and re trimmed by Royal Steering Wheels like here http://royalsteeringwheels.com/audi/ ( last 2 pics Image 37 & 38) but smooth leather top and bottom. Any thoughts? Anyone had it done?

Just had a look, with the current exchange rate it works out around £83 unless I'm looking at the wrong one???

If it can be had for £50 then even better!

I looked at them but too be honest £75 on something you can't see etc for me is mad
:)

dude, you just replaced the tailpipe tips. Unless you remotely drive your car from the car behind you cant see them! But as you may be expecting a big bill for engine issues i understand that... lol

but you know it makes sense....

well i am ready but need to know if this is going to happen or not! there must be one more punter out there....

I meant other people can't see the pedals as well as me so I can't see the point unless a bit cheaper of course.

Do we know if the numbers for RHD cabriolet are the same as saloon? I can't see why they would be different on a RHD car where as a LHD dead pedal would be different from saloon to cab?

The main reason for changing them is because they are grippier compared to the solid black rubber ones as your feet shouldn't slip when your shoes are wet in theory......oh and the 35bhp gain

I've just posted a thread up in the B6 section to try and generate more interest for the pedals.

Can't see it for £50 though, would be great if it was
you wont get them at that price now due to currency variation, but when I bought mine from ebay.de a while back now the euro - £ was a good rate , there were 4 sellers with the 4 piece kits, all were from £50 to £60 inc postage, that's why I grabbed a set, should have bought loads and sold them on for a few quid profit....
its like a lot of things , if you don't look you don't find......ebay.de has some good kit and I've had some real bargain deals over the last year or so.

Home to work (rainham to beckton) with no oil pressure issues.

I was hanging out to see if my AC issue was the cheap option before saying yes to pedals. Sadly the sensor hasn't fixed it so it looks like compressor is next so no pedals this month :(

I had my compressor replaced and fitted this month.

I used buycarparts.com and bought a LUCAS one for £160 delivered then Awesome GTI fitted/gassed it for £250.

Just incase you were thinking £800-1000

That's about the sort of money I was thinking, I know it wouldn't end up being 800 as I have tame techs at work that will do it for a few beer tokens.

The high pressure sensor was £50 from Audi and cost me a pizza to fit haha. :)

Put my new plenum and battery cover on today......just waiting for the washer and power steering cover ( I didn't kn ow there where quite a few to choose from) and my aircon pipe cover to arrive.

Also thought I'd treat myself to a new number plate as well....

I did fancy this one but I don't think it will be cheap when it goes up for auction

Guys there's only 1 set left of the 4 pedal kit in the uk so get ordering.

found out that I need a new DMF & clutch kit, new coolant fitting for the rear of the engine and a new alternator belt tensioner......so that's a wacking amount of ££££...not a good day..
