Get a new tank or weld over the hole but make sure there's no fuel vapour left in tank or you will lose your eyebrows

Repair?

Doing anything (hot) to repair a fuel tank is potentially dangerous. I strongly suggest you seek assistance from a specialist who can repair these, following the proper safety precautions.

Or, if you can access the area, this may be worth a shot: Amazon product

Change the tank. Drop the prop, exhaust, 4 bolts and the In tank pump.

Could you not epoxy a patch onto it so you don't actually put anything in the hole, just over it?

Personally, I would just glue and tape over it, but I drove around a T25 camper for 4 years with a festering fuel tank meaning you could only half fill it otherwise you would leave a trail of petrol.

#firehazard but only for a few seconds

I've tried some epoxy glue, I can access the tank easily through the boot floor the keep an eye on it. It's the highest and furthest back point on the tank lol

Tap the hole, screw in a hose tail and run a pipe up beside the filler neck, so it acts as an extra breather hose.
