lol, I suppose we were all young once! I just hope he doesn't turn around and say that he's in his 40's!!! :)

Haha how did you guess? I was driving home from work the other day and saw a wonderful M3 in front of me, i pulled beside it at the next traffic light to see them on the seat belt! Ripspeed ones aswell! *** couldn't stop laughing :tearsofjoy: If i ever bought these i give the Moderators permission to permanently ban me from this site and ridicule me for the rest of my days!

Seen you slate nano grey in a few previous posts haha! Last two cars have been misano red and sprint blue.. Was a toss up between this and the panther black this time.. Went for this in the end as I think it will be a lot less common than the black!

Hmm, I can still amend my order and am thinking that red callipers might be an option that would complement what is otherwise a very stealthy but quick car.

Like those.

Save yourself the cost of a weekend away and do them yourself. It's only the calliper holder that's painted, the central calliper itself (with the S3 logo on it) remains black.

caliper and carrier is red.. Although your right very easy DIY.

It's an interesting colour, not too flat, and has a bit of a glossy look to it from those pics.

What spec did you go for @S3_RYAN ?

It's a bit of a marmite colour I'll admit , but Im pleased with it. Didn't actually spec this car myself.. I only ordered it on August the 3rd and it was one that was coming in. It has rear privacy glass, rear parking sensors, red calipers, puddle lights, storage pack and Probs a few other bits and bobs I'm not too clued up on available spec. Only thing I'm missing that I would have been after is the bang and olufsen.. And black styling pack (had it on my last two cars) which I found out wasn't even available.

Aahhh right, it was the 10th I ordered mine (same dealer) and the sales exec showed me a few cars they had on order and checked if any nearly matched what I was after. I think most of them were sportbacks tho, and I definitely wanted a 3 door and was pretty fussy about the options, so its a factory order.

I think Nano looks way better than Stealth Grey you can get on the Focus ST, which really does look unfinished, and as you say... might end up being quite rare!

You car looks amazing, these photos really show Tango Red at its best. Lovely inside as well.

Another quick question ;) when you have the central rev counter, can/ how do you change what's on either side of it...?

Thanks, only in direct sunlight can you see the metallic flakes in the red and it looks even better.

You can only change what is on the left of the Rev counter, you use the left right buttons on the left of the wheel which goes between: car data, telephone, media, maps
Then the wheel on the left selects options within those options.
The wheel zooms the map in and out.

I think that is superb - rear end and dash in particular.

Slightly disappointed that the seats and steering wheel are no longer marked as S3 but just with an S....

Presume that it's cheaper to have generic kit across all the models....

Yea noticed that and the paddles on the wheel don't have the chrome edge any more.
