I think you might be right. I've just logged on for the first time in a while, using the same generic ELM dongle that I've always used before, and it's not allowing me to customise anything. I'm about to contact Carista help, but I'm really starting to think we're being taken for a ride.I'm guessing with their update they've removed support for some third party dongles.

Oh, dammit yes, I should have reported back. I got a reply from Carista Help basically saying no reason why it shouldn't have worked so try again. So I tried again and it worked.@jdp1962 - Any update on this Jeff ?
I'm testing the beta version at the moment and they have emailed me saying the new version will be released soon and people who have previously paid for the pro package will get the updated version freePresumably us that already paid for the present version will have to pay again for this!

You can turn off the start stop any time you want
Just leave the rear heated window on and it will never activate

Have you gone to the menu and clicked "restore purchases"?
If you iPhone sometimes this is required as the AppStore remembers that you have paid already. I take updates and have the new look app and haven't been asked to pay again. Carista have already published the fact that those who paid in full before there pricing changes will keep the app without further cost, might be worth contacting them for clarification also.
