What is causing this to the filter.

Fuel blocked for the 2nd year running.
Any ideas?

Erm, I'd say that you've found the reason for it.

Few possible causes. 1) You're running really cr*p fuel, 2) You're running the fuel too low and sucking up all the crud in your tank, 3) Tandem pump is leaking oil into the fuel line, 4) Injector seals are stuffed and that's all the carbon soot making its way into the fuel return.

Thanks for replying. Going change the tandem pump first.
