Would be very grateful as car neeeeds a good compound buff! Thanks in advance.

Get yourself a meguires microfibre system as I don't think many would lend a machine out to be honest.

Worth a try. Lol. Does that give good results by have does it?

Get a das-6 pro, megauirs replica and there's great reviews about them, I've used a megauirs on mine, it worked well, if you look at the one that EZ car care sell that's got a bigger throw than the das6 or megauirs , if not I know a really good detailer in Manchester!

How much would you detailer charge. As if it's less than a machine set up then may as well go for that. Cheers.

Get a Das-6 and some pads and polish for about £150. A detailer will charge a few hundred for a full correction....

Yeah your looking at £150 for the polisher, maybe a little less with pads, polish will set you back a bit, megs 105 and 205 is a good combination to use on a correction, with a couple of hexlogic pads, have a look at ApValeting Manchester on face book and send him a message for a quote and see! He's usually pretty good with prices to be honest! I've done my own but it's really not as good as a professional would have done it, it's really not as easy as some people think! Also got to think about prep products, tar remover, claying, iron fallout, sealent, wax! All adds up!

Yup! And finding the time and good place to do it is really tricky! I am actually going to rent a local detailers garage with lots of LED lights when I finally get time to do mine properly. Its about 90% corrected, but want it to be perfect before I apply my ceramic (Liquid Elements ECO-Shield).

Oh and as above, I found the Megs MF compound and MF pads gave the best results on my Sepang S5.
