just soo you all know i don't know a great deal about cars so english please haha

thanks! :)

I received this from a Revo specialist.

There are two options for your car, both made by Sachs but one is a Sachs organic (different friction material) or a Sachs Performance 4 paddle clutch.

The Organic is £549 inc. VAT + p&p

The 4 paddle is £579 inc. VAT + p&p

Obviously if you were saying you wanted to go above Stage 2, then I'd probably recommend going for the 4 paddle. Both of these options utilise the stock flywheel.

I'm assuming that it maybe a little stiffer than stock but I'm not 100% sure. I'm waiting to fit all my goodies and go stage 2 and see how it goes, then I'll get a clutch put in.

Does you clutch slip once it's warmed up after 20-30mins?

What's sort of torque and bhp figures are you getting from you map ?

Assuming the Sachs clutches are broadly similar to the 8P versions, the organic, which is rated to 400lbs,will often manage a little more(mine gave up finally at 440lbs),but they don't tolerate drag starts very well.

The paddle clutch will be a pain to use around town, and on hill starts, for anyone who isn't used to this sort of thing, and I'd steer clear of one if at all possible.

If you want something unbreakable, then you'd be looking to some of the US based manufacturers such as Spec or Southbend, but all of these are SMF options, and will be noticeable noisier at idle than your DMF setup.
