Hi,
This morning, I replaced the vacuum operated valve on my outer S3 tailpipe. The original had broken mounting points and was flopping around. Maybe happened whilst some of the work was being done to the car. I tried the flap mod for a while but I was never confident the valve was fully open.
Installation went fine but it is tricky to test if it is working.
It maybe seems quieter on the over run but not sure.
Both tailpipes soot up quickly and so the valve is opening.
When I take foot off the a accelerator and passenger window is open I might hear a click from the rear but not sure.
So my question is - When is the flap open and when is it closed ?
