is there anywhere under the interior light I can tap into power for a dash cam ?

I tap mine into a spare feed of fuse board, that comes on with ignition. Connected cigarette lighter socket end of dash cam to a female socket and that to fuse board spare, connected ground to metal dash fixings bolt.
Works perfect.

I want it on 24/7 tho
But can't be bothered to add female etc
I know there's power to the roof lights all the he time.
But not sure if it's enough to run the cam.
 
Are you wanting to run it 24/7 off main battery power?

Yes but it turns off
Only turn on when there's impact
 
Most cameras only run off 1A so I would of thought the interior light feed would do the job.
