Recode central locking

I need my central locking recoding on a 8l s3 it was all working fine till I tried to get windows to go up with the key I've scanned for faults which there isn't any just need the proper code doing in Manchester area cash waiting for anyone who can sort it

I have a similar problem with mine. Mechanism works fine with the key and buttons on the door but nothing from the key. Tried all methods to get the two to sync back up but nothing seems to be working. Only got the one key and it's the 1.9 tdi a3, 53 plate. Battery has been changed

Any help appreciated

No not yet spoke to a company today and they say that the workshop code doesn't really matter and it should just be a case of syncing the keys from scratch
