My old Avant on staggered 3SDM's 8.5 x 19 et32 front and 9.5 x 19 et35 rear. It was lowered about 40mm from standard.

good stuff Greeny thanks.I think mine is 25mm lowere than standard being a Sport but I stand to be corrected. Has the Votex kit so appears lower to the ground,. Very helpful! Don't suppose you know profile of tyres in those pics do you??

The car was on 235/35-19 tyres. The sport is 20mm lower from the factory so mine was 20mm lower again as mine was a sport too.
