2ltr stroker, 8.5:1 CR, our new larger bore exhaust tubular manifold, zircotec coated, hybrid GTX35 turbo (oversize comp wheel, ceramic bearings, refreshed by AET for us), 850cc injectors, IE Billet fuel rail, cams, water meth (not in use for bedding in), Special Dimpled CNC ported cylinder head, Garrett vband hotside (55mm inlet not 50mm of tial), Girdled, billet main caps... NOS to come once fully bedded in and mapped.

Sounds like an absolute beast Bill!

Are 850cc injectors big enough for 700bhp?

I bet that's going to be insane when it's mapped!

We'll find out. 3bar currently, 4bar if required but its the overall fuel system I am concerned with for its full on mode..

New larger billet fuel rail will show me if the previous other BTs of this level are fuel line maxed or fuel rail maxed..
An experiment. I suspect I will need to upgrade the lines to -6 or -8 to the rail, and add a swirl pot to the mix. When nos is fitted, its going to need even more supply.

Baby steps.
Gearbox is unlikely to be long for this world.. customer says, when it breaks he will get something else built. (us)

Exciting times ahead! Watching this like a hawk! :)

noooooo why does it have to be in a TT :(

sounds awesome and that build spec is to die for

Is the billet fuel rail the same thought as what's going on mine? Gearbox I need to drop off as that's one of them things that will explode soon!!

All the best for this build,Bill.

You're turning out some really great cars right now.
Looking forwards to the results.

BTW....your own mapping as well?

FYI - I am going to be putting some more boost through my car to see how much power I can make and I would imagine I'll be right on the limit of the fuel lines as I'm running e85. Given it's currently 460hp at the hubs, and e85 requires about 30% extra fuel, the stock lines seem to be doing well haha.

That is about 600whp worth of fuel if it was 98 (not suggesting my car can make anywhere near that power, but that's how much fuel it seems to be flowing)

thats the downside of E85... lower calorific value fuel, so lots more required
