Hi Guys / Girls,

I have been a member on here for a while but have not been very active.

For the past 2 years I had an Audi 2.0T A3.

It was a great car but it was time for a change so a few weeks ago the A3 sold and the hunt began for its replacement.

I contemplated several options but kept coming back to the Audi S4 so my mind was made up and I kept an eye out on all the usual places.

I have always loved Sepang blue but had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn't find one and if I did it would perhaps lack some some other options which I wanted.

However, as luck would have it, this popped up and with such a great spec I knew it was the one.

To say I love it is an understatement. So much fun to drive, instant power and the cabin is such a nice place to be! :D

Full Spec List below:

Audi S4 Saloon 3.0 TFSI Quattro 333 PS S-Tronic (7 Speed)

Craig

@carson - beautiful looking saloon, love the wheels .. almost glad they weren't an option for me (ordered a new S4 a few weeks ago) as I would have been torn between them and the rotors.

I will admit @Bristle Hound that if my current car wasn't Sepang, I'd have been all over the colour for my new one ... it looks the dogs danglies, but IMO I think it needs the chrome to look it's best ..

Fine looking car, there, Craig. I'm currently awating my new S4, different exterior colour from yours, but the same interior combination of supersports seats in black and silver fine nappa leather. Seeing your pics has just helped reassure me I made the right choice.

Quick update .. As my wheels had a few marks they lasted all of 2 weeks before my OCD kicked in and I decided to get them all refurbished.

As much as I liked the darker wheels I decided to get them done hyper silver as I felt they would look much fresher against the Sepang blue and also tie in with the chrome window surrounds and mirrors.

Sweet S4, I'm getting increasingly jealous of all these S4's every time I come on this forum :sign unfair:
Should rename S4/A4/A4 CAB (B8 Chassis) LOL:s4addict:

Finally getting around to a quick update.

Nothing major I have just been driving it daily and enjoying it

Over the past few months the below has been completed:
  • H&R Sport Springs (30mm)
  • Black Coolant Cap
  • New Cabin Pollen Filter
  • STronic Oil Service
  • Oil / Filter Service
  • Full Inspection
In September it was treated to a full paint correction and finished with CQuartz ceramic coating for protection.

I am very pleased with how it turned out and the ceramic coating is superb ..

The colour has much more depth and in certain lights the blue almost seems a different colour. Very hard to capture in pictures.

As expected it sailed through MOT last month!

Below are a few pictures taken at Titantic Dubs show in October.

Hi carson nice looking car love the colour any mods planed for 2016 :footy:

I would love to map it but can't justify the cost right now.

I have a set of 10mm H&R spacers for the rear to fit in the new year.

I'm tempted to look into a decent intake / induction kit to give a little more "grunt" if nothing else.

I just realised I have not updated this in a few months. Very little has changed I have just been enjoying it !

I have had it 1 year this month and thankfully no issues whatsoever.

Minor update but decided to upgrade the interior lighting to LED.
  • Front Courtesy Lights
  • Front Map Lights
  • Rear Courtesy Lights
  • Boot Light
  • Rear Number Plate Lights
Few pictures to show the difference ...

Last weekend I finally got around to fitting the spacers that I have had sitting in the shed for the past 3 months ...

  • Rear: H&R 12mm
  • Front: H&R 10mm
I am pleased with how it sits now. Pretty much spot on all round now with no rubbing whatsoever.

Grabbed a few shots ...

Nice car mate, really like the interior led. If you got any advice on any brand to buy and how to fit or if just plug and play let me know. Also looking for new discs and pads all round, looking for something that is good but reasonably priced just for road driving, probably brembo or pagid. Heard about warping and brake dust on these though. Any more advice would be grateful and seriously considering Revo stage 1 I'm new to this so if I'm doing it wrong please let me know, many thanks and I hope your enjoying your car as much as i am. V-Power all the way

I got the LED bulbs from Horizon LEDs.

Regarding the disks / pads. Mine are standard so I cannot really comment on the aftermarket brands. I think the standard setup is fine but if you do go down the Revo Stage 1 route they would perhaps need upgraded. I am sure others on here could guide you.

Thanks for the advice, will probably go brembo or pagid. What's the deal with flat bottom steering wheels? I can't get on with them but they do look good. I thought the flat bit was for when your sliding out of your F1 car? Only playing, good luck and hope you find one at a decent price
