Absolutely gutted to say the least... Anyone recommend a midland based repairer please?

Oh dear mate sorry to see this even the epic rim protection of the Pirellis wasn't enough - I think there may be a thread on diamond cut wheel repair in the FAQ.

Hope you get it sorted soon and at a reasonable price.

I know how you feel, did one of my alloys a few months back, what happened :(

Coming out a multi-storey car park and the lady next to me got so close I had to turn away, that's when I scraped the drivers side wheel... Can't bare to look at it

Highly recommend the Wheel Specialist if you have a branch near you. Got my 19" Rotors refurbished just last week and couldn't be happier...they aren't the cheapest at £126, but thankfully I have alloy insurance so got reimbursed £100!

Can really recommend these guys:

Pristine Wheels

Call: 01908 282628
Email: sales@pristinealloywheels.co.uk

They've repaired 2 of my wheels perfectly and my local wheel repairer sends them there because they're so good.

Ouch indeed!

Some idiot had parked up in a narrow (no parking zone) road today, I managed to squeeze between him and the curb almost touching his mirror on mine, my NS alloys were about one inch away from the curb as I passed him! When I came back he was still there and people were bumping up the curb to pass him!!! So I nipped up a side road and went the long way around....didn't want to chance it again!

Kerb, not curb.

I thought I'd crunched a side of wheels last week after being squeezed over by a lorry going the other way, but the huge thump-thump only left the car with tyre scuffs. Phew!

Sorry Miss :)

I always find it strange when people use brought rather than bought. I've seen loads of reviews for items that have been purchased and they say "I brought this for bla bla bla". I'm always tempted to ask "Where did you bring it from?" :D

If you're going to correct other's spelling mistakes it's kind of ironic when you then fail your first grammar test............

'crunched a side of wheels' lol ................are you reminiscing your last restaurant meal or sitting in the car?.................:whistle2:

Oooooo, nasty. That made me cringe. Unfortunately, no matter how careful you are it happens to all of us eventually.
