Hi guys, I have a brake pads light on every now and then.
Changed them about 15k mi ago and they're still 75%.
So I was wondering if anyone knew why would it come out.
It disappears for a week or so and then comes back half way through my drive.
Once I switch the car off and on again it's going away.

Cheers.

Must be the time of year, mine came on for no reason driving home on Monday night all of a sudden and I hadn't even touched the brakes.

Same here, especially when it's cold and high humidity level.

It'll be the pad sensor wire corroded
Mine did that every so often
Too it to garage eventually and they found wire was coming away from the connection part

Cheers! I'll have a look then!
Is that on all the wheels? Or just the front ones?

Wear sensors only on the front. Both sides. As noted, the wires corrode and give false warnings. One fix / botch is just to bridge them. Light goes out, but of course you then have no low-pad warnings. Like in the old days.

Check near side sensor first.. it corrodes quicker from driving through standing water etc..
