Needle sweep activation - Cardiff

Hi Guys,

First time poster, so bear with me.

I'm looking to activate the needle sweep upon startup on my A3 8v. Anyone around the Cardiff area able to help me out?

iv tried to do that on a number of a 3 s it depends on the the clocks you have fitted if it works or not nath I believe they they need an h on them its under the bezzle on bottom of the clocks
