climate control ECON won't turn ON

Hello guys. My ECON button light will not turn ON, on my climate control unit and also the dash board vent button will not work either so I get no air through the dashboard vents . Every thing else works o.k.
It's a 2002 c5 allroad
 
An illuminated ECON button is usually due to a fault/loss of pressure in the system. It's not uncommon for the motors that adjust the vents to fail meaning the mechanism that adjusts the air flow doesn't move.

Hi quattro James. My ECON button does not illuminate this is the issue.
 
If It doesn't illuminate, ergo you cant turn it off?

Does the lamp come on at all, even while pressing the button? if not, likely its an issue with the heater controls.
