Anyone know where this blue wire goes into?

Its to power the aerial, connect it into live supply into the headunit
 
As above most likely, but consult your aftermarket manual for wiring schematics.
 
It's the power lead for the aerial amplifier. Connect to the switched power supply. On the quadlock connector it is the yellow wire.
 
Its a permanent feed on the quadlock, as its a can signal to turn on the unit, the post 07 non rns-e units have 2 permanent feed pins as apposed to rns that has just 1 & be careful as permanent feed may flatten the battery if used for the antenna.
 
Better to run the wire to an switched position on the fusebox then.
 
Fuses 1-11 are switched but be careful as positions are set for specific loads, so don't up the fuse rating, I always fit new fuse points in spare slots as systems share these fuses & it could affect allot more if it blows or gets warm :p
