Who do you insure your RS3 with?

Hopefully putting a deposit down on one today... Woohoo!

Is there a preferred insurer you guys use for a car like this? Will be quite a few options on the car so want a decent level of cover.

I ran the usual 'money supermarket' comparisons and Admiral and Elephant came out best.

All recommendations / opinions greatly appreciated :)
 
Just done mine today for 30k pa business use and the only really reasonable one was Admiral.
 
Admiral want over 2k
adrian flux want a tad under 3k!
need2insure wants 2.2...

Why is mine so high everywhere! I did find one for £800 from 1st central.

Also would like to know from others.
 
Only 26 but I've seen others at the age of 21 getting better quotes.
 
My admiral quote was £300 and 350 excess (vol & invol combined)

I'm 35 with 5 years NCB in a low risk area though.

I notice there was no option to enter the value of the car on the info entry (moneysupermarket)
 
Admiral, elephant and another Admiral group company were the only reasonable ones.
 
Remember that admiral class all factory options as aftermarket and need to be declared to avoid them paying out for a standard base spec car.

God that was painful.... just went through adding options to the policy with them and was like pulling teeth.

I'm not filled with confidence, has anyone listed their options with Admiral and got confirmation they're covered with the policy in writing? I asked for some form of print out to be emailed to me but she said she couldn't do that. And that everything I gave her was in the notes on the policy...

Call me suspicious but not comfortable with that

My options show up on my policy documents, for elephant.
