Oh right, I only replied because nobody else had and I wasn't being unhelpful on purpose, you asked the question so I answered AND I don't know what your problem is or I'd have said.
Mine decided to have a fit this morning, only indicating left even when I indicate right, I removed the hazard switch and wiggled it a bit then refitted it, all working fine again
I'm not sure if your year of car has a relay in the hazard switch which can be an issue. Or it could be the contacts on the stalk shorting.
If I were you I'd do it in order of cost. Dismantle stalk and spray with electrical contact spray. Then replace hazard switch relay if you have one. Failing that new stalk
Just a guess but it looks like you'll need the keys to remove your head unit and then that should give you access to the hazzard switch. Do you have the 4 keys to put into the slots ? you need all 4 as when pushed in they release the little catches that hold your head unit.
Been on the diagnosis today and no faults .also I am unable to find any info on the 2011 hazard switch relay. All searches throw up pregnant facelift. The mechanic said he hadn't seen one do this on the facelift but plenty previous so I've walked away as didn't want to pay until sure. Just need to find a picture or Info on my model
only once at a junction a couple of years ago I was indicating right and I'm certain I saw it flash left a couple of times but it's never happened since
I MUST stress, this is nothing at all to worry about.. from what I've seen over 90% of cars no longer come with indicators
