Audi a3 2.0 tdi 140 bhp new turbo

Hi I have a audi a3 2.0 tdi 140 bhp.
I need a new turbo how much should this cost?
Should I avoid ebay?
Other hand to increase performance how about a hybrid turbo? How much do these cost and part from buying the turbo will the car need other upgrades to take it?

i upgraded to a hybrid earlier this year, at the same time I deleted my egr and it had a custom map on a rolling road to suit! Cost me near £1700 all in and made 214bhp with no supporting mods so I have room for more!

but was that coming from 177bhp?

hybrid turbo cost ish £600 plus fitting
remap on rolling road £250 ish
egr delete £60 ish
Full miltek exhaust £600 ish
if u want over 200 bhp then you will need a upgraded clutch to handle the extra ftlbs as bhp means nothing without the ftlbs . standard clutch should be ok at 300 ftlbs but depends on the map
standard injectors will take 235 ish bhp

If you decide to go for a normal turbo then you can get your turbo cleaned out. theres a company in Birmingham called Gap Turbos who I went to get my turbo fully cleaned. They got 30 years experience under their belt and costed me £180 incl vat for a full clean. £250 labour from the mechanic but I do wish I went for a hybrid.
