Could anyone please give me some advice on which injectors to use. Also anything else I may need for my s3 project.
Parts I have so far are garrett gtx2871, aks tuning top mount manifold, 3" turbo back exhaust being made atm, agu large port head with supertech exhaust valves & cat gold springs ready to fit, sachs clutch from badger5, integrated engineering phenolic inlet gasket and a fmic already fitted. I will be looking to fit wmi also.
I have some bosch 550cc injectors but been told they may not be big enough so if anyone could advise which ones I should use would be much appreciated. I would like to upgrade to external waste gate further down the line so looking to give myself room for improvement in the future.

Hey mate. 630cc injectors would be better if your looking at ~ 400 bhp and above. A healthy standard fuel pump and an additional inline fuel pump is advised too at big turbo power levels.

Have a read of superKarl's overhaul thread as I believe he is using the same turbo.

I was told 750cc by someone but after buying the wrong ones once would obviously like a couple of opinions to avoid making the same mistake again.
Yeah I had a look at his thread and have used a few bits as inspiration. Think he's using the gtx2867 though but new to this so not sure on the differences between the two.
Would obviously like to get the best parts for my exact set up.

is there a gtx2871r ? ???
thought it was gt2871r
or
gtx2867r? ???

gtx are ball bearing range

Yeah there deff is. If you type gtx2871r into Google there are a few links with a bit of info that pop up.

ahhh ok cool. I did Google it and a few people saying what I did so was unclear lol.

What are 630cc reliable up to ? I hit 415 bhp without issues with Siemans Deka 630cc injectors.

Ok thanks Karl. Will look for some 750s then. Bill said on facebook with an external gate it would do better so looking for some headroom to improve later. Those manifolds are a lot more though so will have to save up for that.

Dekas are rubbish tbh... not very linear at low pulse widths and ME7 has a job keeping on top of them at idle...

Better off looking at Bosch 750's or similar

I found some on ebay for £270. Does that sound a decent price? Have looked on a few sites but can't find them anywhere else.

Indeed , I never see Deka's getting recommended it's always the Bosch equivalent. Do you know at what power / boost levels the 630cc injectors become inadequate ??

Badger 5 sells the Bosch 550cc injectors on his site so can probably supply the 750cc version too.

if you want all the power the gtx can give you will need 750cc.

TT racecar runs 630's at 560bhp, although that's at 4 bar. Odd that you're maxxing them at 3 bar Karl!

I'd agree with the above though, 630's don't have a great rep for use on me7.5, I'd go for the Bosch 750's

They were at 90% during mapping.
I do need to check my fuel pressure at the top end, just haven't had time.
New Intank and a da-31 inline tho so theoretically I shouldn't be seeing any pressure loss.
If I am il look at Intank options and will up pressure to 4bar because racecar
