Saw these alloys a few times and really think they suit the a3/s3 was wondering if anyone knew what they were called ? And your opinions on them, interested in getting them for my car.

Think they are called 5 V style available in Australia and other markets as standard fitment but not the UK.

Quite similar style to those fitted to the RS4 so you may also see replicas referred to as RS4 reps.

I think that they look too big for the car!...Just me??? :)

They are similar to the 5-spoke cast aluminium wheels from the Australian market as has been mentioned, but not exactly the same.

Personally, don't like the look of those at all. They look too big and I really don't like how they look from different angles!

I've had these wheels fitted to my car this week at my local Audi dealership.

The part number is 8V0 601 025 AT and they are around the £600 inc. VAT.

Wheel dimensions are 19" by 8" with ET49.

I've gone for Michelin Pilot Super Sport – 235/35 R19 Y (91) - which seem fine at the moment with no rubbing. Can't comment on performance, as I haven't leant on them yet, however the ride is a little harsher.

These wheels are special order from Germany, so you'll need to be very persuasive/patient to get them through Audi in the UK... I would suggest using German eBay if your not prepared to wait 8 weeks...

Here's a pic of them on my car (excuse the dirt):

Hope this helps :)

Alot of people I've shown these alloys to on the a3/s3 don't seem to like them on it , must just be me and a select few as i honestly think they look quite nice lol. Still mixed minded about these and another pair I've been eyeing up.

Nice one mate :) will defo keep that in mind , cars looking good with those wheels !!

Strange, kind of quite like the look of them on the black S3, they just look really strange on the red one to me..

Had these rs4 19s on my 8ps. They look great when clean but as soon as they dirty they are hard to admire imo. I found they only look good from certain angles. They come optional in Australia with the 8vs. Bur they do look aggressive from the right angles. Few pics when I had em fitted.

Think they suit the saloon better IMO

Each to their own! I love the RSVs, got my 19" summer alloys in this design, going for the RS6 diamond cuts for Winter also on 19"s.....

Truth is modding is all about personal preference, I prefer a subtle mod where as some like extreme....we'd be a boring bunch if all our cars looked the same!!

I went with the diamond cut titanium option to negate this.

I find the titanium colour hides the dirt very well, whilst also complementing the black of the car.

The silver from the diamond cutting always seems to shine through and acts as a highlight, exaggerating the size and curvature of the wheels.
