Went to Cardiff Audi today, really really happy with the service Audi gave me...

I went down to Cardiff Audi for an insurance quote today and I would just like to say that I was provided with with great service from a friendly team.

I turn up in an 02 plate car, in my work wear and looking like a tramp...
But I felt like I just drove an R8 on to the forecourt.

They even sorted me out with some Audi hub caps/wheel inserts for my non standard wheels

10 out of 10 to the staff at Cardiff Audi!!!

I also visited there for parts and was asked to take a seat and the parts guy came and sat with me and offered me coffee!! All for a 5 pound part...and as stated felt like I was a valued customer.. top notch fair play

When I lived in Cardiff I used them all the time and they were great. Craig the sales manager at the time was excellent, always made sure I had a car, even if a courtesy car wasn't available and the rest of guys were really helpful. I haven't been there for quite a few years, so I'm not sure what it's like now.

Cardiff Audi can be hit and miss...
