anyone put spacers on there s3/a3 ?

available in sizes from about 10-70mm per axle from my findings i would prob go for 30-40 if i was to do it

group B type are a reasonable price and i guess should help with cornering.

what do you guys think ?

I suggest you put at least 8mm spacer per side and be sure to get hub-centric spacers if you are using the OEM wheels.
I have 5mm in my car, in order to clear the Porsche Brakes but these do not have the hub-centric ring and have created problems centering the wheel. I have now made by order some rings to fit OEM wheels & 5mm. spacers.

The handling of the car has improved a lot even with a total of 1cm per axle.

Nikos.

thanks 4 that sounds like the way to go then

cheers

I believe that you should be looking at a max of 12-15mm IIRC on the S3, and for me I would be looking to increase all proportionally so to keep the same basic handling characteristisc but take them to the next level.

10mm front 15mm rear for me.

was advised not to go larger on the front, even tho they only just clear my porsche brakes.
