Deliberate limp mode?

Hi all, was wondering if theres is a simple way to put an amk s3 into limp without causing any further problems?
My car is going in for some body work repairs and im so paranoid that someone might be cheeky and take it for a drive.
I'm hopeing for something along the lines of unplugging an O2 sensor etc.. I have vcds to wipe a fault code when I get the car back.

Just note the mileage when you drop it off should only change a few meters round car park
 
Yes i was going to say unplug n75 as max boost will be 5psi lol
 
I can check the Millage but if they had taken it out theres not a great deal I can do about it.
N75 is brilliant, thanks for the quick help guys

Unplug the N75 and another thing to deter them is take it in with minimal fuel in the tank
 
Another vote for the N75 here.
 
unplugging the speed sensor on the gearbox usually drops my car into limp mode, dont know if that will also work on a manual though
