Well l thought l would balance the books a little considering the other thread l started about the S3's road handling,
1.Driving the car, me and the S3 never really hit it off instantly,the car's gearbox/engine settings are quite complexed for someone new to Audi/S-tronic cars and 30 years of driving a manual, but l am slowly but surely getting there, only driven the car 350 miles since new,nearly 2 weeks ago.
The good stuff...
2. Totally smitten by how the car looks,the BSP/ROOF RAILS/PANOROOF......and of course Spangle Bloo..its right up my street in the styling aesthetics...stakes,overall the best looking car l have had to date.
3.Lunar Silver Leather...LUUUV IT...My cars interior reminds of a Kinder surpise egg...lol.
4.Them door mirrors STUNNING......they have a lovely silky looking sheen to them.
5.Audi Xenons AWESOME...Mega bright and have a lovely Blue white tint to them...5500K? FAR BETTER than my ST's ever where, all other exteriors lights are CLASS...the only other car i have seen close up with classier looking lights is the Maclaren 650S.
6.Technology pack,the Satnav system is immense....it even shows you the stars on the horizon "at night of course" lol.Looking forward to hooking up the Audi Connect for the Google maps
7.Peformance. "Engage No'1"lol it's a very fast car indeed,my son Jordan want to show me the "Launch Control" "he's 23 so he wants to impress his dad"but he's too busy selling Audi's..so we will meet up soon to give it a go...
8.Panoroof, so glad l compromised my build spec slightly to get this, my favourite item on the car.
9.Bang and Olufsen..Sounds really good once set up, one word sums it up "Clarity" only listened to the DAB radio so far, but it has great potential, l will eventually get my own music on board.
These are just the things l have noticed so far in nearly 2 weeks.
