Badge Change

Hi all.

Just picked up my red A3 today. Was thinking about changing the badge on the grill but can't decide between red or black.

Thoughts?

Hmm i was leaning towards black. I dont want to change the chrome surround on the grill or the badges on the back either so dont know if it would look stupid
 
If you go black front rings you gotta do the surround.

I've got black front and back rings on a black S line and it doesn't look quite right with silver surround.

Getting my surround done soon.

Black surround then black rings on back. Be sweet

Gone for a different look altogether. Ive ordered a badgeless honeycomb grill for the front but not sure what to do on the back. This is the current back and then a doctored version done on paint lol. Bear in mind windows are getting tinted on saturday

Just the rings or both or leave chrome?

debadge A3 and put black on back
Put red rings on front with black grill... stick to a red and black colour theme and it will look good

I might see if I can get doctor the red badge Ive got into the honeycomb bit without making it look ****!

The badge you'll be getting from ebay won't go into that grill without looking ***** basically. As the front grills that have rings have little slots for them.

But as I say it'll still look good without.

Or just pull the rings out of your current grill and put your new black ones in. Then sell the new grill you have just ordered
 
Yeah I think ill just throw the badge in the shed. I was wanting to get away from the chrome surrounding the grill and I'm quite keen on the honeycomb design
 
Looks so much better once you've de-badged it
