Mine came without them and I'm a bit annoyed as I don't want to have to put stickers on when I go abroad.
Double pain in the backside as it's a lease car so I don't have the V5 which is now required to get new plates made up so going to have to go through the lease company or something which will likely cost a fortune.

Take the car abroad two or three times a year, and it saves any hassle with stickers or the local constabulary.
I wasn't sure and wouldn't usually have bothered.
Plate does look nice with the EU Badge though and am pleased they are there.
