Im running H&R Spacers (10 mm front and 12 mm back) with B14 Coilovers and no issues at all

Pretty much the most popular option on the 8P platform so you should be ok wheel ET and width dependant.

H & R seem to be most popular and a good quality

I'm currently 25 mm lower
