I know of one other apart from mine, both imports, and a third i’ve found on ebay before. I’ve actually got the import certificate from germany for mine, dealer stamp is Wolfsburg. Full UK spec etc, just wondered if anybody knew how many were imported and the story behind them?

Mine is full UK spec (lots of extras too!) but its an import from Germany as I have the original german pressed number plates with its birthday stamped on them which I found in the boot after purchasing the car.
Also when I went for my original revo stage 1 remap they had issues mapping the car as they believed it was given an ottinger stage 0.5 remap direct at the factory but I have no idea if the is is true or not.
My guess is that the original owner was living in Germany and bought the car there to avoid tax and then brought the car back with him to the uk.
