Exclusive s3 buckets or just retrimmed golf bucket's ?!?!?

I highly doubt they are £6000 from new, you can get a full buckets and rear bench for around 2k mark second hand.

Personally I've never seen them like that on bucket seats, however I have seen the same style on regular two tone leather seats. IIRC S3 buckets were a £1,800 optional extra.

I would never pay amount his asking, but i bet some fool will, just don't like when people are selling stuff n telling porky's about item, thx

oh yeah, they look propa sweet, i wish i hadn't seen them:jump:. It's not just the price it's the way they r described + sellers car is SB but seats recline, hmmm, anyway, just all story about 6000 grand option...

No its not pub talk at all, as an option on a new car they would be cheaper in lieu of standard seats, hence the 2k optional extra as standard seats aren't cheap alone either, but if bought brand new alone they would be near 6k, so its mostly true.

These are retrimmed as they didn't do logos on those seats on that way.

thx, i guess him calling them limited edition of 250 ever made by audi is total BS...still nice seats, just that price...

I need to look closer as tbh on zoomed in by my phone the trimming looks very very good, to the point factory, but I've never seen buckets with logos like that before, problem is Audi exclusive lines are almost a monarchy secret, so finding info on what they offer/offered was hard enough at times, even brochures weren't complete.

if they really are oem audi exclusive order from new then they are pretty special i guess, but 3 grand, i offerd 1800 for front's witch i think was good price, answer was no...it's simply the idea that they could be just a retrim job...very good job, but still not oem...wish i never seen them...

well done, they looked propa sweet, i wished i never seen them:hubbahubba: do u recon they really are some limited edition audi factory trim or some good retrim job?

They seem genuine enough with labels and part numbers everywhere.
They weren't exactly as clean as they looked in the pictures but I paid a lot less than he wanted

That'll be these in my front room

Hoping the weather eases today so I can fit the fronts and door cards. Got the rear done yesterday.
I've ordered new seatbelt buckles which should be there today as they were a bit shabby for my liking

Fitted the front seats and although the plugs for the heated seats look the same the ones on the seats have more wires??
I've plugged them in but no heat!!

Mind me asking you what you paid for these mate?

Curious to see if they are changing hands for what they are advertised for..

I didn't pay the asking.
I agreed on £2750 if they were absolutely mint as he described.
When I got there they were dirty and one trim was missing beside the seatbelt buckle!
I said I wasn't happy and wasn't paying that.
He instantly dropped to £2500 but I said no and was going back the 120 miles I'd travelled very pi$$ed off.
I made an offer of £1900 for the lot and said I wasn't bothered whether I got them or not.
He said no.
As I was about to get in my car he changed his mind.
I must say now they're clean and I picked the new trim up today they are gorgeous.
Been out in the car a couple of times and I think I'm in love again

...i offered him 1800 just for fronts...well played, got fair price :icon thumright:

When I had him moving in price I knew I had him
It was obvious he wasn't wanting me to leave without them, it helps being Scottish too.
Very happy with them since I've cleaned and conditioned them.
It was like a Black Friday deal in January.

Are they for a sportback?

Also you looking for standard in px or straight cash sale?

I'd be looking straight sale as I've still got my originals.
Sportback but buckets all have the handle for tilt so can be either 3 or 5 door

Easy soloution

Swap wifes

are you sure about that? because there are rs4 buckets local for sale but i thought that they don't tilt.

I checked with Audi who told me they only ever done one type for 3 and 5 door in A3/S3
RS4 must be different if they 100% don't tilt.
The handle is concealed in the wingback and if you didn't know it was there then I doubt you notice.
They tilt but Recaros don't slide.

I'm pretty sure these are actually retrimmed golf R seats and not actual Audi seats.

The seating design looks completely different to an Audi bucket seat.

If definitely buy them regardless though, would look nice in mine to match my white inserts.
