Does anyone have JOM coilovers in there s-line a3?

I have JOM's in my A3.

For the price i think they are brilliant, massive range of lowerness and easy to fit cant fault them.
Only thing is if you like a stiffer ride then JOMs arnt the way forward, they feel like OEM but lower, but im happy i can still take my gran in my car without her whining too much!

My coilovers only wound down around 15-20mm at the front? Thre backs fine for that i wouldnt use them again

Had JOM's on my previous motor. They were fine, did what I wanted go low and stiffened the car out round bends etc...

Im unclear of what you are asking aswell, have you got an issue or query or is it just a quick question to see whos running them :/ ?

Im asking if anyone has had them in there audi and had the same problem

Gotcha, well tbh I didn't have mine wound all the way down on the front and it was sat just above the tyre, I mean on full lock there was no room for fingers so unsure why your having this issue.

Where you you fetch them from?

Mine are screwed right down and the arch is no where near the top of the tyre, got them from dcperformance off ebay might have to take a look underneath see if anything is catching

when i first fitted the joms with my original 17" wheels, i had them fully wound down the 100mm? with no problems. was a diffrent problem in the 18's tho

I keep reading people saying JOM should be avoided? Interesting to read what owners are saying.

In my opinion i would stay away from them, wanted some cheap lows but your best bet is to splash out abit and buy a decent set which is probably what im goig to do myself!

Well iv got a cheap set and if i have to replace in 3 years then its a bargain at that price. End of the day its not track use so its fine

You'll obviously hear more horror stories as nobody really mentions when they aren't having problems. A lot of people run them with no probs.

Saying that, I got AP's for mine.

I wouldn't run them again. Mine failed in under a year and bent. Also a mate hit a large stone (not a rock) at 20mph and this happened -

Got camber y0
