Paul not sure if you've already seen, but there's a build thread of your DTM that the previous owner had done, its pretty impressive how much work hes put into it. I cant remember whether it was on this forum or another one.

nice DTM buddy, I had been thinking of getting some alloys in white as well but wasnt sure if it would look good. you got any more pics at different angles, side views etc? would love to see them.

I'm thinking of getting OEM look 19 inch alloys but not sure what colour to keep them

Oh dear I fear that I've just put a deposit down on a 2006 Sprint Blue DTM :nogarors4: and set to join this elite club. More details to follow when I pick it up in the week :)

Freshly detailed and raring to go

Just a few pics. Usual spec with xenon's, drl's, interior lighting pack, cruise, lowered on springs and cups, revo stage 1, Miltek cat back system and rs4 rear arb. If anyone knows of this car I'd appreciate any past info (previous plates are E4EVL and OUI8315). I'm due to pick it up in the week.

Congrats on the new car. What do you plan to do with the skuffed rear bumber? Or does it not bother you.

Lets just say I have 2 dtms of my own. And I know most of the DTMs on the road. And I have a spreadsheet with loads of information regarding them with 85 Listed to date with 135 left to find but yours is one of 85.

And if you think im trying to make a joke ill even tell you were your car was last MOT;d, the vehicles vin number or even what optional extras your car has.

Besides it was just a simple question. I dont want to get into a discussion about the vehicle as this thread is purely for introduction to new DTM owners or previous DTMs.

That's fair enough and fair play for doing something like that. There's a couple of minor bodywork issues, the bumper not being one, but they're being sorted anyway. It's an awesome car either way, seems like I got a decent one anyway.

Well if you insist the bumper isnt a issue well fair play to them for getting it fixed or resprayed. But I can assure you there was a scuff on the rear offside bumper.

I am currently trying to compile a list of all DTMs and hopefully will have a website running with the 218 DTM's that are left in the country in the near future.

But yes if you paid the price of £8500 you walked away with a pretty decent one considering the mileage and spec and not many previous owners considering the last owner had it for over 5 years.

Here mine!

I bought this a few months ago.

I got it from a guy who wasn't a member but I have seen it on here too so I know a member owned it at some point and did all the work on it.

It's got a ko4 turbo. Bigger injectors. Big fuel pump. S4 breaks. Rs4 arb. Miltek sport cat and full exhaust plus a few other tweeks.

I bought this car to USE it and track it and It has been used a few times now and performs really well!

Giosabcsl do you have any info in my car?

The reg used to be ND55EFX

Very nice car. A lot of money and time was spent on it and you are correct it used to be owned by one of the forum members on here.

I will reply via PM.

Glad the vehicle is being used as it should. Straight from the road onto the track :)

Yeah I did find pictures of it on the NurburgRing but it didn't put me off as I was taking it there a couple of weeks after I bought it.

There's a few bad points about the bodywork but the engine is the reason I bought it!!! Currently running 343bhp but I'll hopefully have it at 400bhp next year

great work on compiling the DTM data, I'm sure all of us here are looking forward to seeing the website when you have it running.

I appreciate that and will try and get my best to get it done.

The biggest issue I'm currently having is which photo or picture to display on the website as some owners would prefer to not have there car advertised or "made public" that its been modified to hell basically. Mostly for selling purposes. Even thou my defence statement is that these cars are aimed at enthusiast anyway. And majority of people don't even know what a Audi DTM is. The realistically one can just leave a blank image next to the vehicle number. ie xxx/250

The other biggest issue is getting hold of the owners. As lots of the vehicles I have either seen for sale at dealers in person and have moved on since then.

I was thinking about posting all the number plates I have on record and then have ea person just grab there number plate and pm me. But again its making it a open option for anyone to take the information. As audis are a thief's best friend.

On the plus side the domain "www.audidtm.co.uk" is still available, don't try the link as it wont work.

The idea would be to get it similar to something like this:http://www.civicjordan.co.uk/ownerscars.php

Thou just a bit better organized and more modern to say the least. They have a forum option on there website but it doesn't seem to work.My idea would be to rather than take the community away from "audi sport" to have a hyper link so that when the forums link is clicked it will link to this DTM thread. That way if any owners stumble across the website then they can use all the information available here.

glad to see this thread is still alive and well, unfortunately i sold mine to the guy who live opposite. i didn't think i'd mind but seeing it sat there when i left for work looking lovely was getting to me so had to get another B7 but not a DTM this time :(

i do miss the old girl but it's in good hands and i get to see it in use still

you never know i might buy it back one day and BT it :D

:blahblah1: Need to treat the car to a little TLC asap, service well over due - few clicking sounds to investigate ? A couple of paint touch ups, valet, tune up can't wait

Not done much to mine since I bought it in March of this year..

Just plasti dipped the grill and got it remapped with Rick at Unicorn Motor Developments (Who is a genius by the way)
Just Love the overall look of the car,....
However the bug has bit in the last few weeks.

Already installed a Carbonio intake last weekend (thanks dwaramage1982 - love it) and this Friday have it booked in to get the 032Motorsport HFC and rear sway bar fitted I've ordered from Euorpaparts.... :audibash:
(Well impressed by Fed Ex Priority shipping)
Should be done by the time I finish work so I can drive it down to Tenby for a lads weekend.. :beerchug:

So excited...

anybody got one of these for sale? in sprint blue???

Okay will if you email me some details and a price you have in mind mate! Cos I'm desperate for one of these haha
