What is your location, that way we can narrow down search for your requirements?

you want a welder ?
or someone to weld ?

take it you are talking MIG welding? i prefer gas rather than flux cored personally, but that is mostly down to my lack of experience with flux core. I always use TIG whenever i can though, it's not always the best process for jobs (slow and requires more skill) but i prefer the precision it gives you

What I want to do is weld the box sections for my cage and I've got some welding on my shogun to do as well so its just odds and sods really

Maybe better if u could borrow one if not doing that much.
The cheaper mig with the hairspray sized bottle that don't last that long really only hobby.
Found my draper 130 just could not hack it when I was stitch welding the chassis and making cage.
Bought new tm160 pro from
Machine mart with a huge refillable gas bottle, it welds superb and I still not hit the red on the gas but not much change out of £450 :-(
