Nah I have a black edition A3 so I already have a flat bottomed multi function steering wheel :) and prefer mine to the gold R / Sirocco one.... mate go in and pinch loads of bits ha!! Seats are pretty nice in the Gold R too aren't they?

Haha yeah the seats are nice ..

Think my pal could do with the gearbox out of it with around 500 bhp ha doubt it will last for much longer ..

I'm guessing somebody's been in and had the wheels away! Watch there will be a Golf R breaking thread classifieds tomorrow! :)

This angers me! That some scroats have nicked someones pride and joy and done that to it! :mad: I would be distraught if that was my car

Whoever stole it took it over the park and obviously thought that he or she could get out the end but they clearly didn't think it through properly thinking the barrier was going to open at night...

They crashed just before that anyway coming round the corner to quick ..

how would you know its been nicked ?
it may have been crashed by the owner
 
You've no idea if it was stolen. He could of done that himself. I've heard of a few stories and incidents where a STOLEN car car that have been found crashed and the owners have fleed the scene in an attempt to get away with it being stolen. Who knows! Either way it's in a pretty poor state.


Does anybody ever remember the car abandoned during the floods, I forget what it was, but that got stripped to basically the shell!

Absolutely true.

I was assuming it had been stolen from what I'd read,and clearly had it not been stolen I would hope the driver was well.

If stolen however,my feelings would be less charitable.

Then again how did it get in to the park..must of gone in over the hedges ..

I remember some years back walking past one of the houses nearby,and finding a car in their driveway,perfectly parallel parked,but with one problem.

It was on it's roof.

Thieves had nicked it,drove too fast around a corner off a bridge and stacked it into this guy's drive.
 
Sickening. And anyone that goes and nicks stuff off it is just as bad IMO! Thieving is thieving!

Haha I bet that was a sight , the driver must of got excited and thought he was a top class driver and failed..miserably ..

Ha he won't want the car back believe me , it's been vandalised whilst it's been sitting they're all day... The coppers were there this morning but it's still not moved...
 
I hope nobody wants to get access to where ever the road leads haha
 
I think he crashed it because of the lack of wheels and tyres equalling poor handling

Looks lime they tried to stuff something in the fuel cap to burn it but failed looms like burn marks at the fuel cap
