10345018 10154190232410160 1064943774 n Guys i just wanted some advice should i black my Audi Badges ? yes/or/no as i cant make my mind up on it thanks.

I'm thinking same I've got a white one aswell and seen one the other day and it looks different with the black badge as the car is getting more and more popular! I'm buying mine for about £10 on eBay £20 for front and back and can always change them back if I'm not happy with them!!

I'd say go for black, make's the front look moody.

Anyway, here are some update pictures of mine baby.

What do u think off just taking the back one off and changing the front to black or does anyone think that is too much and to keep the back badge on?

Hi guys my first post here  heres my new car yay! still a few mods to do as yet:sex:

Car looks super mate, I remember asking you what you did to the grill because my car is exactly the same spec but I cant remember what you said. I have the grey grill inside with the chrome surround that comes with the car standard but I want to make it all black like yours. Did you buy a new grill or how did you do it? Also which make wind deflectors have you got and what do you think of them practicality wise as I've read somewhere that at fast speeds they become irritating. Last question, the wind mirrors looks sweet, did you just wrap them?

Thanks buddy ! :)
I just sanded down the grill and sprayed it matte black. It has a few stone chips now because I travel a lot on the motorway but it's easy to give another coat to sort that out. I then replaced the badge with a white one.
I have Team Heko wind deflectors. If I'm honest they are not very practical at all. They make a lot of road noise and I can't fold the mirrors in because they are in the way - look nice tho !
Yea just had the mirrors wrapped black at the same time as I had the roof done.
I'm not sure what to do next

Quite agree with the Heko wind deflectors. Many opinions on them but overall the noise doesn't bother me as I turn the music up.

Front & rear bumpers wet sanded today. Reflections are insane again, topped up with Gtechniq C1 & EXO V2.

Give the car a bit of a clean , not used auto glym for a while ! Forgot how good it is ;)

Cheers for the info mate. Did you just spray the surround matt black or did you get that wrapped? Also you know the mirrors did you have them professionally wrapped or do it yourself mate as I'm think of doing it myself but not too sure how tricky it's going to be

My A3 is the same color and i've been thinking of plasti-dipping my rims anthracite because it looks so good with nearly every other color of car, are you happy with them? I kind of think it makes the car look scruffy or something, like it needs a bit of contrast.. or maybe they look sweet in person?

Plasti-dip is really more a temporary thing in my opinion, I've used it before as well and it's really hard to maintain (clean etc) it's a good way to test whether or not a color would look any good on your car, but it's really not that hard to paint then properly DIY.
