The bumpers on my A4 have got the black plastic on them, i dont mind them, but they are starting to look a bit tatty. Theres a few scuffs scratches etc on them, is there anything i can do to improve them?? Its getting the DA on it next week so want to have a crack at them as well!

Peanut butter......... honestly

Or Autogylm Fast glass on the trim will clean them up, then use some Autofinesse Revive

I remember peanut butter on black trim from the old days on e36coupe.com. It worked then...

I use Meguairs Ultimate Protectant, lasts well

What about the scuffs though? Theres a bit on the back that looks like its been knocked against a brick wall and sort of left a ripple like scuff, would sanding it down help?

I wouldn't take abrasives to it you will ruin it.
If you had one of those specialist guys that fixes holes and interior trim, that might be best although it may end up cheaper just to replace the trim...
