Hi, has anyone got a copy of the fitting instructions for the Genuine Audi Dog Guard for the Sportback that you could scan/photo/post to me please?

I've asked Audi directly, but not getting very far and I can't seem to fit the b****y thing.

Many thanks in advance.

ewww, ruin a nice car by putting a dog in it!

But no i havnt a clue, but free bump! :p

If I would have bought a Trav all dog guard the first place where I would look for a fitting instruction would be at the official manufacturer website :) Anyway, here is the link for you mate - Audi Estate 5door Dog Guard - from Travall UK, you can find fitting instruction under the PDF Download menu.

Hope that helps.

You're right, had I bought a Trav All dog guard, I would have looked at their web site. However, I bought a Genuine Audi dog guard as mentioned in the post above and have already tried contacting Audi to get a set of the instructions, all to no avail.

Thanks though, as if I cant get this one to fit, I know where to get one that does.

I have a Audi dog cage in the rear of my a3 sportback.
I had to pull my rear seats down place the dog guard on the rear seat anchors and then slam the seats back. Dog guard fitted Hope this helps

Thanks Vorney, I'll give it another go.

I finally got a response from Audi directly and their advice was...... "Buy another dog guard from us at £209 to get the fitting instructions". Great help/advice Audi, thanks!

Not unexpected i guess. The worst part is it took them a week to answer me! Great cars but, Audi customer service sucks.

No but, I did finally work out that the two struts needed to fit the half moon dog guard were missing which meant I couldn't fit it. Eventually I got a guard off eBay that had the right parts but, not before I'd bought another dog guard off a member here. Oh well, at least I'm sorted now.
