Hi all I have just joined this evening, I am new to the audi fold, having taken delivery of a a1 be 140cod stronic , I ordered it on the 17 of August and we picked it up on the 16 of December , so far first impressions are what a great little car it is , the fuel economy is way off manufacture figures but they all are although the percentage seems to be worst with this little car, I guess it's early days , she only done about 600 miles . Really love the gearbox and the Bose , and the seats hold you in a nice way too. Overall very happy with it .

this is almost the spec i would have ordered if i could have!
I ended up with Amalfi white and S-Line, yet I've made it more or less a black edition (black grill, tints etc...).
I am insanely jealous of your headlights though, its the one thing missing off mine and its very expensive to retrofit!

Hi thanks all for your kind words, I have been out in her tonight , I don't really drive it much only sometimes at the weekend but tonight It was one of my sons birthday and we went out for a meal , it impressed me the way it pulled with four adults in the car , it is truly a lively little car, my wife really likes it now she is use to it as she drives it every day, we have decide'd to down size our car not only in size but also the finance, as we are helping one of our boys trying to buy a house , the car we had before was a very nice freelander a very nice comfortable car to drive around in and my wife's favourite car , although it seems to be not much more thirstier than the a1 if at all, at least petrol is cheaper , here's a couple of pictures of the old girl ,
But we are used to having small cars as we had two minis before the land rover , they were cool really liked them but have to say even with 18 inch wheels the a1 is a smoother ride but still handles nice like the mini , very go cart like. Here's my cooper s.
So I hope the our new car will bring us some fun happy motoring as did our other cars,
